Mike Ashfield

Mike joined the Rhyd Broughton Client Care Team at the start of October 2023, following a year-long break from work to concentrate on his mental well-being. With a solid background in customer service, he spent several years as an Optical Consultant in Wrexham. His dedication lies in ensuring an exceptional experience for all our clients and their cherished pets, aiming to offer warmth and professionalism in every interaction.

Outside of work, Mike is an District Training Lead for St John Ambulance, a role he enjoys thoroughly. He also enjoys the simple pleasures of taking his rescue dog, Ronnie, for walks in local parks, with Acton Park and Erddig being their favourites. Mike is keen on establishing connections with Rhyd Broughton’s long-standing clients and warmly welcomes new clients and their pets to the practice. His down-to-earth approach and genuine care make him a valued addition to our team
